I just moved in 1 week ago. I am very happy with level of customer service the staff provided. Natalie is amazing! She made the process so easy by walking me through every step. A huge 5-star shoutout to our apartment manager, Natalie Leyva! Every time I have a maintenance request or a question about the property, they handle it efficiently and seamlessly. The community is always clean, well maintained, and peaceful because of their hard work. Thank you for making this a great place to live! They are incredibly professional, helpful, and always reply to emails or calls right away. It makes a huge difference living somewhere where management genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
