Just moved in today. I gotta say the process was fast, easy, and painless. Natalie and Brittany were super friendly and stayed in contact during the process, I was moving in within a month. The apartment is a good condition, minimum details to take care off but nothing crazy. Thanks girls yall rock!!!

I just moved into Brookstone Apartments at 1401 N Lamb, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The place is super clean, quiet, and has a really chill vibe. I feel totally at home here already. Brittany Montejano, the leasing agent, was amazing to work with. She made everything so easy and was super friendly and helpful from the very beginning. She really made me feel welcome. Also, big shoutout to Natalie Leyva, the apartment manager. She’s super on top of things and always available if you need anything. It’s clear she really cares about the people living here. I’m so glad I chose Brookstone. The staff is awesome, the apartments are nice, and I feel like I made the right move. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new home!

I want to thank Natalie, Armando and Fred. They are an amazing crew! They are super helpful and respond within the hour, they know how to take care of their residents.

Moved in a little while ago, and I truly cannot complain! The office staff is always so kind and always assist me with any needs. I’ve rarely had any work orders and if I do maintenance always tends to them immediately.

I am extremely happy with my apartment, the leasing office was wonderful and got me in very quickly, My fur babies and I are loving our new home it’s been safe and quiet

I am moving around January & really want to stay in the area so I stopped in to look at these apartments. Natalie was extremely helpful & extremely sweet! Answered all my questions & was very reassuring about meeting all the needs. I absolutely recommend moving into here the staff is amazing.

I left the other apt I lived at because they would never fix anything, this maintenance team at brookstone gets to your work orders same day can't complain love it here so far and the pool is sparkling clean everyday

High quality place with plenty of friendly and nice neighbors and helping workers. Never had a bad interaction with the office and very satisfied with the experience

I have seen a significant turnaround on this property. I just need to take a moment to appreciate what Maintenence has done on the property. I have known that they have been very quick, responding to work orders getting things resolved, always courteous and positive when coming to assist with a willingness to make things better, in the past, I have had issues with Maintenence a few years ago but now the maintenance has completely turned things around because they are always so helpful and accommodating and work hard to keep the property up around here! The property looks amazing. Good job, Brookstone!

Love this apartment complex. Very clean a the staff is super nice. The ladies in the leasing office Barbara and Katia were very helpful explaining everything and answered all my questions.I would definitely recommend you to consider giving them a shot. This place is home for sure.
