They literally evicted so many residents, I felt bad that this one disabled man was also evicted and the reason was because they were raising rent but instead of raising it they kicked out residents who had been living there for years and we’re not paying the raised rent yet. Went to court and got the eviction sealed, according to the judge, the eviction was unjust. Lived here 3+ years and got my credit destroyed but luckily the judge saw through the owner of these apartments. & a message to the owner, I hope karma comes through, and you get the same problems that I went through. I was 8 months pregnant & Had no where to go for a month. What goes around comes around.

Roach infested don’t fix anything. The property manager is a sweet heart. Lived here for years and there are a lot of roaches in these apartments.

Was robbed and didn’t even move in a week was stolen over 8k in cash the only reason I was robed was because the maintenance people left the door open when I toled them to lock the doors when they where done and the sink smell nun but dead rouches and dead animals

The management team have great personalities and get things done as necessary. There is a slight bug problem; but they spray for pests on a bi-weekly basis and keep your apartment clean. The management team always answer the phones and there for you when you need it. The parking situation can get a bit sticky with people parking illegally (fire lanes). The apartment is pretty quiet and people are friendly.

ROACHES UPON MOVE IN....ABORT ABORT ABORT..DO NOT PASS GO DO NOT COLLLECT 200 ITS NOT WORTH IT. PAY THAT EXTRA OR LIVE WITH ROOM MATES...Showed a different aprtment with different appliances when looking at apartment than was given to me. Spoke with neighbors theyshowed them exact aprtment and then gave them completely different apartment. Done to 6 different tenants to my knowledge. A year later that same aprtment vacant and at least once a month I see them showing that aprtment. Completely dishonest people. Also THEY ARE PREDJUDICE. THEY ALLOW ALL OF THR SPANISH/MEXICANS TO GRILL ON PATIO. DANGEROUS. BUT 8 OTHER FAMILIES OF BLACK DECENT ARE CONSTANTLY HARASSED ABOUT THE SMALLEST THINGS THAT DONT COMPAIR TO GRILLING ON PATIOOOOO. WHEN CONFRONTED LITERRALLY STATED THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL WHO SPOKE ENGLUSH. ANY OTHER TIME THEY SPEAK IT FINE.

Had family that lived there for a few years. That was the only decent thing about the apartments. Close by to us. Unfortunately under not the best circumstances.
