ROACHES UPON MOVE IN....ABORT ABORT ABORT..DO NOT PASS GO DO NOT COLLLECT 200 ITS NOT WORTH IT. PAY THAT EXTRA OR LIVE WITH ROOM MATES...Showed a different aprtment with different appliances when looking at apartment than was given to me. Spoke with neighbors theyshowed them exact aprtment and then gave them completely different apartment. Done to 6 different tenants to my knowledge. A year later that same aprtment vacant and at least once a month I see them showing that aprtment. Completely dishonest people. Also THEY ARE PREDJUDICE. THEY ALLOW ALL OF THR SPANISH/MEXICANS TO GRILL ON PATIO. DANGEROUS. BUT 8 OTHER FAMILIES OF BLACK DECENT ARE CONSTANTLY HARASSED ABOUT THE SMALLEST THINGS THAT DONT COMPAIR TO GRILLING ON PATIOOOOO. WHEN CONFRONTED LITERRALLY STATED THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL WHO SPOKE ENGLUSH. ANY OTHER TIME THEY SPEAK IT FINE.

Had family that lived there for a few years. That was the only decent thing about the apartments. Close by to us. Unfortunately under not the best circumstances.

Worst craphole imaginable. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE. We have lived here three months and already had my car attempted to be stolen four times, the last of which caused some serious damage totaling over $2500. What use is a gated community when the freaken gate is never closed? And of course, they take no responsibility at all

Survive was slow, Matenece were Okay, monthly price was fairly high,but everything was fairly enjoyable

This place has gone to South, lots of roaches, no grounds cleaner, maintenance is horrible. AC systems are patched together with older units stoked from abandoned apartments, phone and cable is vandalized regularly, cannot wait to move.
