horrible apartment complex. Roach infested and the new management is something else. They are charging us extra just to fix regular items in the apartment like patching the rug or fixing a door knob. The new management ruined what was already bad. The pool is disgusting the little walk ways are extremely dirty. The new staff is not just useless they are charging us to even get something fixed. I beg for u to not move here worse apartments ever

My family and I stopped by Brookstone apartments to get information about a move in. We were immediately greeted by Katia. She was amazing and sweet. She gave us all the information we need to move in. Will be returning to see her as soon as weâre ready! Thank you Katia!

ROACHES!!!!! Warning they are scammers. Applied for a 3 bedroom when got there it was a 2 bedroom. The walk threw was horrible!! Baby Roaches on the wall, cabinets, oven and bathrooms. Went back to office 30 mins later and it was closed. Had to wait 2 hours for her to say she will not return my check. If you have kids do not apply here.
