Moved in a little while ago, and I truly cannot complain! The office staff is always so kind and always assist me with any needs. I’ve rarely had any work orders and if I do maintenance always tends to them immediately.

Apartments gave me AMC contact number for Kimberly Palma, i’ve been trying to contact her for the past 3 weeks and i always get sent to voicemail and that she will get back but i’ve left numerous of voicemails and nothing….. apartments won’t help us out and now this, who else can i contact???? If I could give these apartments a 0 i would. I need to talk to someone higher up rather than the two rude girls at the front desk. Will definitely get in touch with someone. Ac never worked and always leaking. They gave my parents the apartment complex with piss on walls and not cleaned up at all!! No new paint at all, they did not do a walk through at all. Please see photos. Disgusting!!! MANAGEMENT PLEASE CONTACTS US. We need to discuss a few things….

If I could give these apartments a 0 i would. I need to talk to someone higher up rather than the two rude girls at the front desk. Will definitely get in touch with someone. New owners & management are unprofessional. Water has been shut off all day today & not one single person has bothered answering or reaching out to it's tenants. So upsetting that emergency phone number was turned off!!! DO BETTER WE HAVE KIDS !!!!!!!

This is very upsetting!!! Today, I had no water in my apartment!! The water was turned off around 4pm and turn back on for just a little while and shut off again. With no letter letting anyone know. It’s past 10pm and I still have no water!!! I’ve been trying to call the “emergency” number that was given to me and I get no answer!!! I need the owners number to let him know all the issues that are going on in these apartments !!! PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! I just got off the phone with the water district and they are telling me that the management company has to call to turn back on!!! WHY HAVENT YOU CALLED IF THE ISSUE IS FIXED?!!!!

Lived here for 2 years and the AC never worked properly. Apartment was always hot. They replace my broken dryer with another broken dryer and 2 times the water has been shut off without warning. My car was stolen right out of the complex and they claim to have security that patrols but I’ve seen a guy in a security truck drive through a handful of times but never actually doing security. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived and I do not recommend anyone to live here. When I’ve tried to address issues with the office they had an attitude and did not care about any concerns. This place needs to be condemned. Also the roach problem is outrageous. They offer periodical spray that never seems to actually keep the bugs away

I am extremely happy with my apartment, the leasing office was wonderful and got me in very quickly, My fur babies and I are loving our new home it’s been safe and quiet
