I recently moved into Brookstone Apartments at 1401 N Lamb in Las Vegas, and I absolutely love it here! From the very start, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe—which was super important to me when choosing a place to call home. Brittany Montejano, the leasing agent, made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind every step of the way. Her genuine personality and willingness to go the extra mile really made a lasting impression on me. I also want to give major praise to the apartment manager, Natalie Leyva. She’s on top of everything and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed anything, she’s been responsive and accommodating. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in keeping this community running smoothly. I’m so happy I chose Brookstone Apartments as my new home. The staff, the environment, and the overall vibe here are exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brookstone Apartments, located at 1401 N Lamb in Las Vegas, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The leasing agent, Brittany Montejano, was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process seamless, answering all my questions with patience and providing detailed information about the property. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel right at home. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, and the units are spacious and modern. A special shoutout to the apartment manager, Natalie Leyva, who truly stands out in her role. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail show she genuinely cares about the residents' needs and concerns. Both Brittany and Natalie are a true asset to Brookstone Apartments, and they made my experience one to remember. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed place to live in Las Vegas!

I have been living here for over 2 years and I absolutely love it the staff is always amazing Mrs.Montejano & Mrs.Leyva are always so helpful and make everyone feel so welcome, definitely recommend these apartments 🖤

Moved in a little while ago, and I truly cannot complain! The office staff is always so kind and always assist me with any needs. I’ve rarely had any work orders and if I do maintenance always tends to them immediately.

Apartments gave me AMC contact number for Kimberly Palma, i’ve been trying to contact her for the past 3 weeks and i always get sent to voicemail and that she will get back but i’ve left numerous of voicemails and nothing….. apartments won’t help us out and now this, who else can i contact???? If I could give these apartments a 0 i would. I need to talk to someone higher up rather than the two rude girls at the front desk. Will definitely get in touch with someone. Ac never worked and always leaking. They gave my parents the apartment complex with piss on walls and not cleaned up at all!! No new paint at all, they did not do a walk through at all. Please see photos. Disgusting!!! MANAGEMENT PLEASE CONTACTS US. We need to discuss a few things….

If I could give these apartments a 0 i would. I need to talk to someone higher up rather than the two rude girls at the front desk. Will definitely get in touch with someone. Ac never worked and always leaking. They gave my parents the apartment complex with piss on walls and not cleaned up at all!! No new paint at all, they did not do a walk through at all.
