I went to Brookstone to inquire pricing of apartments. I was kindly greeted, by Mrs. Natalie. She was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. She also demonstrated compassion and understanding towards my needs as a single parent relocating to Las Vegas. I am happy and relieved to say, we have found a home! I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service that was provided at Brookstone.

Just moved in today. I gotta say the process was fast, easy, and painless. Natalie and Brittany were super friendly and stayed in contact during the process, I was moving in within a month. The apartment is a good condition, minimum details to take care off but nothing crazy. Thanks girls yall rock!!!

well not the right place to live Roaches Also, I had a AC water leaf for a month and a half. They never came in to really fix it. On May 25, we all had a inspection Office manager seen elite never got nobody in to get it fixed June 2 the whole closet fell in on me while I was removing my stuff out as maintenance request I also told me to cut my AC unit off in 107 weather purses, clothing, shoes, pictures all damaged started fixing the leak on June 6 mowed all in the fans never pull the carpet no one is molded under there water was cut off in apartments on June 2 2 1/2 days

I just moved into Brookstone Apartments at 1401 N Lamb, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The place is super clean, quiet, and has a really chill vibe. I feel totally at home here already. Brittany Montejano, the leasing agent, was amazing to work with. She made everything so easy and was super friendly and helpful from the very beginning. She really made me feel welcome. Also, big shoutout to Natalie Leyva, the apartment manager. She’s super on top of things and always available if you need anything. It’s clear she really cares about the people living here. I’m so glad I chose Brookstone. The staff is awesome, the apartments are nice, and I feel like I made the right move. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new home!
