Hello world, so just giving you guys a heads up about these Apts. 1st Off, I have been living over here for about 4 1/2 years now and I have NOT had any issues in-regards to the Well-being of other tenants parking in your Assigned stall, picking up behind their pets, maintenance coming over within 24-48 hrs for repairs, or the Highlight of them all, WATER SHUT-OFFS every month like Clock workð¤ Not sure what the Main Problem is here every since we became under New Property Management with Ms. Natalie Leyva | Community Manager | NV- Brookstone Apartments | Apartment Management Consultants over this Past year alone, but I do NOT recommend anyone else moving over here at all. Everything that I've brought up to her about these Concerns have always been "Out of her Control" , to the Point where you can't even get a Discount off your Rent or something smh.. Oh and to top it off as well, you will see Numerous of roaches (small & big ones throughout your Apartment as well due to the Uncleanness of when they have Evicted tenants from time to time too, so be Prepared for that. Overall, please choose your Next stay wisely because BROOKSTONE APARTMENTS is Not itâ
