At first, it was good. Made sure little things were taken care of after move in, which was about 2 months ago. But after a month ive noticed a few more issues. They'd send maintenance with my permission to enter without my being there and id come home with the situation unresolved. Even though the work order says completed. Its happen 3 times already. I have communicated with them about it and all they've told me is when will I be home so they can come by. I have work and school and sometimes work 14hr shifts. I told them this and NOT ONCE has someone even came to knock to see if I was home to correct these maintenance issues(i told them since after the 3 times of me not being there and maintenance claiming completed work orders, from now on I want to be there for all work performed). Look at the pictures of my toilet. Would you feel comfortable letting you or your loved ones around that? Or the slipping hazard the AC condensation makes? Just be-careful here. Maintenance doesn't care about your apartment being truly up to par, and seems like management easily forgets about you if you don't hit them up everyday.
I will do more reviews as the months go on.
